Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of TrustSaid (the "Service"), provided by TrustSaid ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

TrustSaid lets businesses ("Customers" or "you") connect a billing account, send check-in surveys and AI-assisted interviews to their own end customers, collect testimonials and display them on their websites.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, fees and payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars in advance: Starter at $7/month and Growth at $15/month, plus applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, who handles checkout, invoicing and taxes. Dodo's terms apply to the payment transaction.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
  • Usage limits for each plan are shown on the Pricing page.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You must have a lawful basis to contact your end customers, and you must comply with applicable email, marketing, privacy and advertising laws, including sector rules for health, finance and real estate claims.
  • You must not use the Service to send spam, harass, mislead, or collect sensitive personal data.
  • You must not filter testimonial requests by sentiment, offer rewards conditional on positive feedback, or publish testimonials without the author's consent. The Service is designed to prevent these and you agree not to circumvent it.
  • You are responsible for disclosing any incentive given for a testimonial where the law requires it.

6. Testimonials, consent and content

End customers grant a licence (not an assignment) to use their testimonial through an itemised consent screen. You receive a sublicence limited to those permissions. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the Service. Testimonials can be withdrawn by the author at any time and you agree to honour withdrawals.

7. AI features

The AI interviewer discloses that it is an AI. AI-generated summaries and tags may be inaccurate, so review them before relying on them.

8. Data and privacy

For personal data of your end customers, you are the controller and we are the processor. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request at support@trustsaid.com.

9. Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, cause harm, or put the Service at risk, with notice where practical.

10. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. On deletion we erase your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
