Can I cancel any time?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled securely by Dodo Payments and support major cards and local payment methods, depending on your country. We never see or store your card details.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
We'll let you know when you're close. Once you reach a limit, new check-ins or interviews pause until your next cycle or until you upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted for going over.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of your first payment on any plan. Details in our Refund Policy.
Are taxes included?
No. VAT/GST/sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.
